AlphaWave Networks was founded in 2012 in Dallas, Texas. The company is a fiber optic network integrator with a strong presence in multiple US markets. Dennis Cox Telecom Consulting and CWS Ventures, an energy and utility investment firm, partnered to create this focused provider of specialized networks.  AlphaWave’s initial success occurred in the Financial Services sector, where rigid standards of performance and regulatory requirements provided the perfect opportunity to showcase AlphaWave’s capabilities.  As of early 2013 the company has millions of dollars of assets under management and sufficient credit resources, and partners established to pursue an aggressive growth strategy.

AlphaWave focuses on delivering fiber route options using base utilities right of ways (Water, gas, electric). The unique design capabilities of the company focus on delivering diverse sustainable routes to prevent last mile single point of failures.  Our strategic alliances provide NOC/Provisioning, Installation, OSP build and operations management.
